I can't find your address: I want to come visit!

Unfortunately, we do not have a storefront just yet, our online shop is the best place to get all of our products, shipped right to your home, with free shipping on orders over $35.  If you’d like to smell our amazing soaps, bath bombs, and lotions, we travel around the Greater Cincinnati area throughout the year for various markets, Check out the Contact Us page for more details, and follow us on FaceBook for our upcoming events.

Where do you ship?

We ship mostly via United States Postal Service, so our shipping is available anywhere in the United States, as well as Military Bases and AFO addresses.  Some larger orders are not eligible for shipping to Military Bases, and any conflicts with shipping will be addressed on an as needed basis.  We also offer local pickup/meetup for the Cincinnati area near downtown and Northern Kentucky.  Arrangements must be made after checkout via phone or email.

Ugh, I hate my new soap.

Oh No!  We certainly hope you do not hate your new bath time goodies, but we completely understand.  Whether its an adverse skin reaction, a scent that just doesn’t sit well, or you feel like you’ve gotten a dud, we are happy to work with you to make things right.  In general, for a return or exchange, at least 75% of the product must remain, proof of purchase is required, and no more than 6 months have passed since you purchased the item.  If the item was a gift, we are happy to exchange unused, unopened product in salable condition for a gift card to use online and at our markets.  Please start your refund or exchange by emailing: info@andsundries.com

Are you sure you make allllll of these things?

We sure do!  &Sundries was founded on making more usable things: daily items like soaps and candles that give a little bit of ‘and’ to the day.  We started in 2017 with the goal of making, and today we make over 150 items by hand in small batches from base ingredients, we make, package, label, ship, and test all our products ourselves.

Payment

Wait, do you accept American Express?

We accept all major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover, as well as &Sundries gift cards.  If you find us around town, we accept good ole cash, but we cannot accept personal checks.  Any refunds will be credited to the original form of payment where possible, otherwise a gift card will be issued for the original amount paid.  Our gift cards do not expire or depreciate in value over time and have no fees.

Why do you charge sales tax?

We are incorporated in the State of Kentucky.  Per law, we are required to collect sales tax on any Kentucky delivered orders, including any order made in person at a market regardless of location, or personally delivered using local pickup/meetup.  Any orders delivered out of state via a common carrier or postal service do not engage Ky sales taxes, pursuant to exceptions based on interstate agreements.  Short of the long, our accountant makes us do the right thing.

Do you wholesale?

We do!  We will wholesale to any qualified retail establishment.  Please contact us on our Wholesale Page for access to our catalog, terms, and conditions.

Shipping

Where's my shipment?

We make every effort to ship orders within 3-5 business days, though custom orders, pre-orders, and certain items are weather dependent or make take longer to ship.  Please see the product page for more information.  Our orders ship with tracking information included in the confirmation email of the order.  You may track your orders on the My Account page if you have an account with us, as well as the Order Tracking page if you have opted out of an account.

My box arrived damaged, what do I do now?

Ah!  We make every effort to package our products for shipment with care.  However, sometimes the mailman plays football with our products. If possible, when you receive the package, you may refuse delivery if the box is damaged.  If the package has been delivered, please include photos of the damage in an email to info@andsundries.com and we will get started on a replacement order to ship.  Our packages are insured for the value of your order, so we are definitely able to make it right.

Do I get a tracking number for my order?

Absolutely, all of our orders ship with a tracking number via common carrier or postal service.  Please refer to the shipping confirmation email that is sent as your package departs our studio.  If you have not received an order confirmation, please give us a ring at 859.479.2246
