Return & Exchange Policy

Your enjoyment and a Bubbly Good Time is our first priority.  If you are unhappy with any product, please contact us for a refund or exchange.  

Returned items must have at least 75% remaining and returned in their original packaging within 60 days of receipt.  Shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping costs are deducted from total order upon receipt of return/exchange items.

Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

To Initiate a Return Request:

Returns and exchanges may be initiated in your Customer Account:

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

  1. Log in to your account:
    1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
    2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  5. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned and inspected, you receive a refund minus the shipping costs for your order.

Shipping Policy

&Sundries does our very best to package our products properly, accidents happen and we will gladly replace any product damaged in shipping.  &Sundries reserves the right to request photos before issuing a replacement for shipping damages.  We typically ship via USPS mail, UPS, or FEDEX with estimated shipping times of 3-5 business days and we make every effort to ship your order the next business day but some orders may take up to 5 business days to process.  If there is a stock issue with one of our products, we will attempt to contact you before shipping to either delay your order or modify quantities based on availability.

We ship to the contiguous United States and Canada. Tracking numbers are issued for most orders via email and are available when your order ships.  Domestic orders qualify for free shipping at a minimum order, and any free shipping discount constitutes  shipping method at &Sundries discretion. All duty, import tax, and other fees are the responsibility of the receiving party for international orders.  Payment is required in full before shipping on any order.

For in-store pickup orders, you may dial 513.212.6898 for curbside pickup, please park on Woodburn Ave and an associate will be able to assist you.  For in-store pickup orders, orders must be picked up no later than 14 days after your order is ready for pickup.
